The new Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin has an extensive and well-planned menu for you to enjoy authentic culinary experiences. The facilities also include a bar for you to savour the best aperitifs or relax with an authentic cup of tea. This Dublin hotel is in an ideal location for any visitor. Surrounded by the main shopping area in Grafton Street and Henry Street, you will also find the most celebrated shows and theatres such as Gate Theatre and the National Concert Hall, and some of the most famous places in Dublin like Croke Park and Temple Bar. The hotel is also located a stone's throw away from Abbey Street tram station which will easily take you to any other point of the city.

Day One: Depart from Spalding at 6am, making our way to the ferry teminal at Holyhead with a couple of convenience stops on route. Our ferry will take us straight into Dublin with just a 15 minute drive to our hotel, arriving at the hotel about 6.30pm

Day Two: Free time in Dublin.

Day Three: Free time in Dublin followed by the Celtic Nights at 7pm. Live Music with a Traditional Irish Dance Show and a traditional Irish 3 course dinner menu. The show runs all year round and continues to excite audiences from every corner of the world with its energy, passion and what we like to call the “craic”. Located in the heart of Dublin city, next to the famous O’Connell Bridge overlooking the river Liffey, this show is choreographed for maximum audience participation and full family entertainment. Our meal will be served from 7pm. The Celtic Nights Music and Dance show starts at 8pm until 10pm. The stage is located in the same venue as your dinner sitting, making it extra convenient and comfortable. Enjoy dinner, drinks and the show all in the one venue! It includes World Championship dancers and All-Ireland winning musicians showcasing some of Ireland’s ‘sean nos’ (old style) Irish dance & the famous Brush Dance. Dietary requirements will need to be noted before you make the final payment.

Day Four: Free time in Dublin

Day Five: Depart from the hotel at 6.45am, for the ferry to Holyhead. We expect to arrive back in Spalding at about 7pm with a couple of convenience stops on route

Please note that all times are approximate until you receive your final itinerary two weeks before departure.

The total price for this package is £619 per person. A deposit of £100 per person is required to reserve a place, the remaining balance will be due by Wednesday 15th January 2025. The remaining balance may be paid in instalments if you wish but must be paid in full by the due date.

This price will include coach travel, ferry, 4 nights bed and breakfast (two sharing a standard room, twin or double). The Celtic Nights is also included in the price of the holiday. There is a single supplement of £360 per room. We only have a limited number of rooms available to us for single occupancy.

We are now offering a taxi service from our old pick up point in Long Sutton, outside the Baptist Church in West Street, to Spalding Bus Station for all of our 2025 holidays. The cost of this will be an extra £14 per person for the return journey. The taxi will depart from Long Sutton 50 minutes before the Spalding departure time. If you would like to book the taxi please mention this when you make your holiday booking
