The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is based in Hinckley and provides an incredible insight into Britain’s most iconic motorcycle manufacturer. Lead by Triumph’s highly knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors, the Triumph Factory Tour is your chance to step into the heart of the Hinckley factory and experience behind-the-scenes the design, dedication and detail that goes into every Triumph motorcycle. From concept, all the way through to realisation of the latest Triumph models. Our Factory Tours are conducted using headsets to ensure you can hear clearly throughout your experience. The Hinckley factory is a busy working manufacturing facility with many parts of the factory running at different times. This means that your experience will vary. The 90 minute tour involves a lot of walking, with no areas of respite due to it being a working factory, so please ensure that you are prepared for this. Our exhibition is more than just a motorcycle museum. It tells the story of why people ride by bringing together a spectacular collection of historic and modern achievements in motorcycle design, engineering, racing and popular culture. Take a ride through the history of the early pioneers to the latest Hinckley modern legends, race winners and record breakers – exhibit entry is completely free. As well as showcasing legendary iconic motorcycles from Triumph’s long and impressive history, the Triumph exhibition also highlights the amazing engineering technology that makes Triumph the world-class motorcycle manufacturer that it is today. Many motorcycles on display are provided courtesy of the Dick Shepherd Collection. Whether it’s a quick visit to enjoy a hot drink and some warming food on an early season ride-out or a relaxed lunch meeting with friends, the stylish and comfortable 1902 Café is purpose-built for bikers. The Factory Visitor Experience shop showcases an ever-changing range of Triumph branded clothing encompassing both our Dealer and Lifestyle collections. We stock casual clothing as well as technical rider-wear, ranging from basic tees and hoodies to fully certified textile and leather protective jackets and jeans, along with a wide range of accessories including Gloves and Neck Tubes. In addition, we stock a comprehensive selection of smaller souvenirs to ensure you remember your visit!
